For Parents
You chose homeschool. Knowly is the teacher your child deserves.
One-to-one mastery instruction for your child, delivered through a native desktop application. You stay the parent. Knowly does the teaching — through the curriculum your family already trusts.
What you see every day.
Daily lesson summary
Every morning session produces a plain-language summary: what was covered, how long it took, which concepts your child mastered and which need another pass.
Mastery progress by subject
A running view of where your child stands in each subject — not a vague percentage, but the specific concept they're on. Not "weak in fractions" but "finds the common denominator correctly, doesn't convert the numerator."
The parent engagement loop
Configurable conversation prompts, daily check-ins, and notifications when something needs attention. You decide how involved you want to be — every family runs this differently.
Parent Dashboard
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
The parent dashboard is designed to answer the questions you actually have: Did my child do their work today? Are they making progress? Is anything blocking them?
You don't need to understand the platform's adaptive engine or review every problem your child attempted. The dashboard surfaces what matters and keeps the details available if you want them.
Check it in two minutes at the end of the day, or dive deep on a weekend. Both are valid — the data is there either way.

Questions parents ask us.
Do I need to be present while my child uses Knowly?
No. Knowly runs as a native desktop application on your family's Windows or Mac computer — a notarized Mac app, a code-signed Windows app. When it is open, the child sees the lesson and nothing else. No browser to escape to. No path to a chatbot or a social feed. You check the dashboard when it works for you, not in real time.
How does pricing work?
$109* per student per month for the platform — the teaching, the dashboard, the diagnostics, mastery monitoring, the integrity system, compliance documentation, and the parent engagement loop. Families enrolling through a participating co-op receive a 10% discount.
Can Knowly replace our existing curriculum?
Knowly is not a curriculum company. We deliver the curriculum your family already trusts — the major programs homeschool families have relied on for decades — one-to-one, with diagnostic grading and mastery gating. You choose the curriculum during setup, and can change it down the road if your child's needs change.
How do you stop my child from using a chatbot to do the work?
Multiple integrity layers operate simultaneously. Keystroke biometrics learn your child's typing signature over their first weeks and flag any session where the pattern does not match. Time-on-task monitoring flags anomalously fast responses. Response pattern analysis catches reasoning that looks copied or generated. Handwritten work is required regularly across subjects — the platform reads the photographed handwriting and grades the reasoning, not just the answer. There is no version of using Knowly that does not involve actually doing the work.
What if my child gets stuck?
The platform's adaptive engine targets a 70–85% first-attempt success rate in real time. If success drops below 70%, the platform steps back, reteaches, and breaks the concept into smaller pieces. You'll also see an alert in the dashboard when this happens — and through the parent engagement loop, you can get conversation prompts to help bridge the gap at home.
When can we start?
Any month of the year. Most learning programs assume your child starts in September — Knowly does not. The platform's diagnostic places each new child at their actual current level on day one, regardless of grade label or time of year, and begins teaching from there. We are launching in January 2027, available in all 50 states.
* Effective monthly cost based on the standard 81 days off per year.
